What's your biggest beer mistake?

Paid $30 for Black Ops...Never put a liquor store next to a bar.

 

Good on you, sir. It was right after Beers of the World opened up their second store on E. Henrietta. You wouldn't happen to have any remaining, would you?!

 

Around the time i started really learning about rare beer I was given four bottles of vsb when it was released. I did not fully understand what I had. All I knew was they were amazing and I drank them all within a week. Not the worst thing in the world but man do I wish I would have held out and spaced those bad boys out a bit

 

Not finding out about craft beer early enough.

 

Drinking my bottle of Bourbon County Rare before I had developed a true appreciation for bba beer. I split it with a friend and I remember being overwhelmed with it...and not in the way I should have.

 

Bought a mixer of Rivertown Brewing Company Octoberfest...they should have dumped it back into the river. Drank half of one , poured it down the drain and gave the rest away. The worse ever was a Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout...my god, how does anyone drink that swill...

 

I started to fall out of the Craft Beer hype around the same time as Founders CBS came out in bottles. I passed on a couple opportunities to purchase this when it came out, just trying to avoid the hype and headache. UGH.. Wish I had 2 bottles in the cellar now.
