So if you could have a brewery make you your dream beer, what would it be?

I would have a coconut imperial stout aged in spiced rum barrels

Sounds like pirate bomb, which was great, but I expected just a tad more rum. I guess I'd have them make me heady topper, BCBCS, and duck duck gooze... Those are my faves from my favorite styles. Don't think any brewery could do better.

I think Budweiser already made it:wink:

It's an interesting question, but I enjoy too many different styles to nail down one ideal beer

Not necessarily an "ideal" beer but something different and fun.
MUTINY would probably be a good name for the beer i described

I want to try a single barrel Parabola with over 5 years in the barrel. Ive had 2 FW offerings at around 6-7 years single barrel time and it blew me away how much better they were than the standard ones (Black Xantus based Bzar Beans and DDBA 60). Heck do the same thing for Sucaba!

Now that would be fantastic, Ive always wished they offered this non blended!
