    750ml, 500ml, 16oz or 12oz.

I guess I'm old school. I like the standard 12 ouncer.

Tough call, but 12oz is a great size because I can easily drink it by myself without feeling like a lush. My second choice would be 750ml only because 500ml are usually far pricier per oz than any other size (broad generalization, I know).

For home consumption, I too am used to 12 oz. At a bar I usually expect a pint unless it's very high ABV, then a smaller pour is acceptable.

I used to be all about the pint, but I have really steered away from it over the past year or so in favor of half-pints or small snifters. If I go our for beer (and I do fairly regularly) I prefer to drink a wide variety of brands or styles and it becomes very difficult to do so drinking pints.

Depends on the beer and the abv, but I do always enjoy a nice pint. Something satisfying about it...

True session strength beer (3 - 4% abv) in an imperial pint.

Coming in second, a Maßkrug filled with a German lager.

Pint for hoppy brews, 12oz. (or less) for stouts.

16 oz. I go to the lower strength abv. beers almost exclusively, so a bigger serving size is what I enjoy.

Half-liter/16 oz. for most beers under 8%- I wish there were more 500 ml bottles out there (and reasonably priced ones at that); it's the perfect size. A lot of times I feel like I'm just getting started on a 12 oz bottle, and then it's gone.

I wish everything 10% ABV or higher was available in 12 oz. The bombers of 14% beers are tough for one sitting.

500mL/16oz would be about right for most beers.

I don't have many beer geek friends, so 12oz works best for me. 85% of my cellar is 22oz bombers because I rarely have anyone to share them with.
