I'd rate KBS and FBS as 5s. Honestly I think their imperial stout deserves at least a 4.75 as well.

Topper is most definitely a 5 as well. I'd rate hopslam a 4.5.

I had BCBCS recently, and it is probably the best imperial stout I have ever had. 5/5 for me, but if I wrote a full review for it, it would probably be just short in one or two of the categories.

The only 5 I've given thus far was Bourbon County Vanilla. I don't know how another beer will top that one for me.

I'm a jerk who doesn't believe in 5's, maybe in the next life.

I've never given a 5/5 either, except for Gandhi-Bot, but that was just ticking and I didn't review it, so my rating options were limited.

My highest rated/reviewed beer is Heady, at 4.93/5. Interestingly enough I gave Pliny a 4.7/5 back in 2007. I should re-review that one.

4.85 - Firestone Walker Sucaba 2013 last month for my #2000; which is tied with 2002 JW Lees I had in 2012.

Permanent Funeral was an easy 5/5 for me too. LOVED that beer.

Surly Abrasive. If I reviewed it, I guess it wouldn't be a 5, as the appearance was not there. I personally don't mind some floaters if it means it tastes and smells like Abrasive or Heady though.

There's a bar in Milwaukee that is advertising that they have the only keg of Tweak in WI. I may have to find the time to get there it seems.

Only once - BCBS a year ago. Not sure that I'd give it a 5 now after having one last Sunday. I tend to give above average scores, but I don't go over 4.5 very often - about 6%.

My serious 5/5 was Alesmith Speedway a few days after Christmas.

Before that it was St. Bernardus Abt. 12.

If I could rate it higher I would, and if there is a keg of it anywhere near you I would run, not walk to get there. It weighs in at 15% abv, drinks like something with half the alcohol. The coffee is huge, blows every other coffee stout away, including bcbcs.

I had a Rare in Portland a couple weeks ago. It's not fair to use this beer I don't think. But it is the best beer that's ever been in my mouth.
