I don't know man it just seems like if this were a post for you to list all of your most respected breweries in order I feel like it would have said that. Whereas it says just one right in the OP. Just think its all part of this sites members ability, or dare I say desire, to undermine everything and do as they wish. Maybe if one wanted should start a post for a list of their top ten most respected breweries, and so on and so on...

Girardin puts out 750ml gueuzes (1,2,3 year oak aged) for under 4$.

Cantillon puts out their standard beers at around 7.5$, and Fou Foune, their cheapest seasonal beer at 9.4$.

From a business ethics standpoint I most respect New Belgium. They treat their employees like gold and sold all of their stock back to them, which is a move most businesses would never make. In addition to that, even for how big they are they don't back down on their "crazy beers." While some of them are hit or miss, you can't deny that a mass produced sour like La Folie or Le Terroir are anything less than incredible. Also their efforts to recirculate their co2 to have less impact on the environment is very admirable.

From a brewing perspective I think I would respect The Bruery and Avery the most. Their offerings are helping to elevate beer to something beyond a sixer of light lager in the consumer's mind.

Short's Brewing without question for me. May not always put out the styles I enjoy but with Short's just wait a few weeks and something new is coming down the pipeline.

Russian River, Boneyard, and Logsdon come to mind but it's hard to narrow down when there are so many I've never even tried (e.g. Alchemist).

I used to think I was the only one with a soft spot for Sierra Nevada but based on this list clearly I'm wrong! They deserve a mention, too!

There are some common picks on here that I really *don't* understand, but I'll save that for another board.

Household names come from building relationships one-by-one; establishing trust over a long period of time.

You, along with several other people who have spoken up, are leading the charge of the next big movement in craft beer.
