I do agree with the Abita Strawberry Harvest and Abita beers in general--especially the Restoration Pale Ale. Another beer I would throw up there is Twisted Pine's Billy's Chilis beer...One of the better example of the style I have had.

Goose Island Mild Winter is an 84, but I think that beer should be at least a 90. Great flavor that is easy to drink, yet fairly complex.

My top 3 that I rated higher by standard deviaton are

    1) Blackbeard Ale - May be influenced by the fact I always have it on vacation in the Caribbean, but I find it unique and good in a wierd way
    2) Flying Dog Doggie Style Pale Ale - Just hits me right as a pale ale, apparently more than it does others.
    3) Oberon - still remains the beer that tastes like summer to me.

Tommyknocker Maple Nut Brown is rated at 78. I love that stuff. But then again, I have a serious sweet tooth .

Cisco Sankaty Light Lager. 3.8%abv. Best "light" lager I've ever tried. Rated 80 on here, but it deserves a higher rating based on how well it represents the style and the fact that it does that while having actual flavor that's not only unique to this particular beer, but very enjoyable as well.

I can't believe DFH Fort is rated at 83! I found it delicious and amazingly drinkable at 18%. I rated it at 4.75. However, I must be in the minority because they stopped brewing it. Arrgghhh!

Trinity IPA and Shed IPA are both much better than their respective 82 and 81 ratings. I just think a lot of people don't appreciate English-style IPAs.

Julius Echter hefe. Easily top 2 or 3 hefeweizen IMO.

Also - Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold doesn't get near the attention it should...

As far as beers go that I don't think people are talking about enough or just giving enough credit to in general I'd say either Alaskan Barleywine or Labyrinth. When it comes to barleywines and imperial stouts (especially the barrel aged versions) it's always the same few beers that get all the recognition when there are a lot of great beers out there that fly in just beneath the radar.

I like Maui Brewing Coconut Porter.

But yes, for some reason this site (and others) are slaves to huge ABV beers. While I do enjoy the occasional hop bomb and massive porter or stout, I can find just as much enjoyment from beers in the 5-7% ABV range. some of those include...

Blind Pig - as good or better thatn PtE in my opinion
    weihenstephaner hefeweisen
Tocobaga (rated high, but better than many above it, in my opinion)
    Maui Bikini Lager
Vitus - probably my favorite beer for warm weather months
