Threads like this is why I love BA, I learn daily from this website.
    Gonna go with:

    Citra - Torpedo
    Cascade - SNPA
Centennial - Mikkeller I Beat YoU
Amarillo - Mikkeller I Beat YoU
Simcoe - Mikkeller I Beat YoU
Columbus - Mikkeller I Beat YoU
Herkules - Mikkeller I Beat YoU
Warrior - Mikkeller I Beat YoU

I know that is more than 5, but Mikkeller I Beat YoU uses 6 and I really like that brew, just a bit pricey to drink all the time.

Simcoe - Lake Erie Monster, Hopslam, Hoptimum, 2 homebrews
Citra - Zombie Dust, Hoptimum, also Homebrewed with it(100% of dry hops, and 33% of the flavor/aroma part of the boil)
Centennial - Two Hearted, Founders, and a skew of others
    Saaz - Tripels

Warrior - Bittering only. So fricking clean for IPAs. Not a big fan of it in flavor/aroma. I had Mikkeller Single Hop and wasnt too impressed.
