Wheeling beer questions from Ohio

    I am passing through tomorrow and was wondering if there are any quality bottle shops and what your ABV limit is. Also, any breweries worth checking out? Many thanks!

    Can't speak on bottle shops, but I visited Wheeling Brewing Company on the way to Indy a few weeks ago and was glad I took the time to.
