When do you review a beer?

    I'll review a beer whenever I have some time to myself to compose some thoughts. I probably only review about half of the beers I have, because I'm often hanging with my wife and/or friends while having the beer and don't want to be that guy.

    That said, I may review the first beer in a sixer or the last one, or might never get around to it at all.
