Is that out in stand alone sixers again this year?

Opened a couple of cans of Old Fezziwig yesterday evening. I would consider those Christmas ales. I suppose, I should mention there is snow on the ground, that's the only way I justified Christmas ales in November

I saw Fezzi yesterday in a variety 12-pack of cans, but no standalone with it.

Is this a Christmas and Ales only thread?

Because I just picked up Trader Joe's Winter Ride Doppelbock for 2025.

How can you go wrong for $8 a six-pack?

There were sixers of bottles at Wegman's last week.

I'm very traditional (read: anal) about this. Start stockpiling as soon as I see em. (Chouffe N'Ice was out in October). Maybe an X- massy Quad at Thanksgiving, but that's a dispensation. Winter Warmers for a slight segue in December, but save most of them for the new year. Scaldis Noel, Goulden Carolus, Corsendank, Chouffe late December. Still Nacht on X- mas Eve (geez, I'm like a priest). A St. Bernardas Christmas during the Xmas-to- New Year's interregnum. I have a birthday somewhere in there so maybe break out some cellar special. There's more, but it's exhausting even me to recount it.
This year has been skewed, but in a good way. O-fests bled into Fresh Hops, and then a slew of great IPAs showed up to kind of freeze time.
And then, just when it's all played out Hopslam rears it's head.

Last time I found this in Nashville TN was 2023 and I bought a case. Still have four left but not sure if I’ll see it again. I see some current reviews on Untapped.

I discovered "Seasonals" around the same time - and very quickly learned that I like "Winter Ales" way more than "Pumpkin beer" - blechhh!

I mean, I'm gonna home for thanksgiving break from trade school that week, and I plan on picking up a custom six-pack during that break, so if I find any winter beers that are within the IBU ranges and flavor profiles that I like, I'll probably pick one or two up

(Kinda like how I tried my first real Märzen back in September before starting trade school)

I've also seen the Fezziwig sixers.

The only winter ale I probably drink is Winter Ale from KRBC. This usually comes out the first week in December. Is Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Ale considered a winter ale, or fresh hop? If winter ale then yes, I’ve had it this season. And it’s was delicious.

I feel like they toned down the spice in SN Celebration this year. I'm really enjoying it!
