When doing your boil, make sure to check your overhead

    I guess turning the hood fan on doesn't help? I never saw this problem. I keep my fan on during the boil to move hot moist air outside and minimize the humidity in my house (which already reaches problematic levels). I see condensation on the windows but not other kitchen surfaces.
