Yup, plenty of 2011 bottles on the shelves of 2 bottle shops in NorthEast PA. At $18, I've only splurged on it once.

which makes it pretty much a year-round beer in Philly/NJ ($22+ in phila). i bet it's the same in Boston, whenever i visit i see loads of LA stuff all over the shops (ie - Marty's).

I've seen it around, it's not particularly hard to find. Not surprising, really, since it's a B+ beer at an A+++ price.

Maybe Port/Lost Abbey could offer their customers a better value if they didn't insist on a cork-and-cage bottle for beers that don't really need it.

Geez, it's $14.99 on the top end in Atl. We have a few left on shelf, as does most stores. I agree that's it's a very quiet beer, few people talk about it. I do because it's great, and ages great too. Had a 2009 a few months ago and loved it.

The price always causes me to look for other stuff. I'd be curious to try it @ $10 a bottle (maybe)

Old bottles from what I've seen; I grabbed a 2010 recently and was unimpressed, it was aged too long.

Not in bottles!! What are the chances the beer you got was from the 2011 batch? I say very high!!

When I was at the brewery in September, they said they had problems with the latest batch and as such they won't have one for 2013. Such a shame. I can only imagine it was some issues with contamination. I did see several barrels of Duck Duck Gooze when I was there though. Maybe this year?
