Yes - the 09 was Maple Bourbon Barrel aged according to the bottle.

Why in such a rush? If you are patient I'm sure it'll happen on it's own.

Didn't they swear CBS would never be bottled.

The never bottling CBS statement was not made because of the cost in producing the beer however. Anything is possible in the future but at this point Founders feels the beer is too expensive for them to feel comfortable to produce.

Well I know for a fact thats not going to happen, I tried to bring back the black but Jeremy told me that he has no plans of ever making that again.

I understand why they said it. I have heard many times that something is NEVER going to be bottled, only to see if bottled. I guess never means never this year.

Have you never had it? It's outstanding. Kind of pricey (around $20 per bottle or a little better), but totally worth it. Seriously considering this as an extra in future trades, especially for BA's who enjoy CBS and/or Better Half.

If it's anything involving the maple syrup barrels, I'd rather they just use those barrels to make more CBS!

I'd much prefer El Diablo to Black Biscuit.

I thought Black Biscuit was ... meh.

If they never bottle cashew mountain brown I'm happy purchasing it in 1/6 barrels
Seriously though, can't we start a petition or something? Founders has said that the backstage series is for the customers so I think it could be fun to involve us in the process with a voting system or something.

I've heard July from someone in sales there too, no hints as to what it is though.
