When FBS comes out. I buy it by the case and around here it's $65-75 bucks a case.

Normally this time of year is the most expensive for me. With Bourbon County and the varients, Framinghammer out and the barrel aged coming soon, overbuying Sebago BA BW, and a few other seasonals it gets pricey. I don't mind, I save a bit leading up to these months expecting to spend extra.

Completely this, plus the beginning of full-blown Stout season: FBS, W-n-B, Expedition, Blackout, Big Bad Baptist, etc... And I buy more than I need anyway to stock up on many of these, so that I'll be able to still drink them later in the year when they're usually all long gone by then.

Winter is the hardest hit on my wallet and waist line.

There is simply no way I will consume all of these rich beers piling up.

anytime I walk into a place that sells beer, there's bound to be something on their shelf that I can justify dropping some coin on. Sometimes, I just can't help myself.

I get a firm $160 beer allowance every two weeks from my wife. Some times, it's gone that Friday.

This weekend in VT is gonna be rough. Lawson's market, HT if I'm lucky, probably two trips to HF. Good thing I only ordered the "cheap" tote package from HF.

Every time I manage to get to a great beer store. The two beer stores I go to are 2+ hours away for me with public transport.
I don’t go often & when I am there, I take what I can carry back. People probably assume that I am alcoholic when I sit there with 20+ bottle in a bag on the bus or the train. I cannot say that I blame them. There is a beer store near me but they maybe have 2 pale lagers left that I haven’t tried yet as far as beer goes.
When there is an interesting lambic release & someone is kind enough to give a ride. Which might happen this weekend.
I think that I bought about 25 bottles of Fou’ Foune this year.
