When should i drink my old ruffian?

    Ive had it fresh but the bottle in my closet was bottled on December of last year. Should i let it sit longer or go on its 1 year date

    IMO, best at 1 - 2 years old, if stored properly.

    I bought one at my local TW a couple weeks back that had a dec 2011 bottling date and it was great!

    I like it best at three years, but anytime during that is good to go. After the third year it falls off a little for me.
