okay, i'm thinking of visiting my friend in Ann Arbor sometime in September or October and i'm curious if there are any releases or events that i could maybe plan my trip around. i've gotten plenty of advice on which breweries, bars, and shops to visit, i just need to figure out when. thanks! (going to be flying, but my friend likes beer well enough, so it doesn't necessarily have to be in Ann Arbor)

You may consider whether you want to be there on the same weekend as a home football game as well. Could be fun or could suck because the bars are full.
yeah, that was about the only thing i could find after poking around for ten minutes, but if it's the event, i'll use that as a reference point, thank you. does Kuhnhenn do anything for solstice in the fall, or is that only winter?
If you do make it for the Fall Fest (it's a lot of fun!) there's usually a ton of stuff going on at bars in Detroit during that week leading up to it. Kuhnhenn may have something going for Fall Equinox. The spring/fall ones are usually not a big thing. Possibly a small bottle release, maybe a couple special things on tap. It's always worth going there to drink the regular stuff though.
