what do you purchase besides beer? Do you collect glassware with the brewery's logo on it, collect their growlers, get a new t-shirt, stickers to put on your car?, etc?

I usually try to get a sticker, a pint glass with the brewery's logo on it and sometimes pick up a shirt if it's nice. More often than not, I like to collect pint glasses.

Depends if I like the place and what they charge. A glass and stickers work for me.

Pint glasses for sure! Unless they have a really nice snifter or other interesting glass that I haven't seen elsewhere.

I used to always pick up a glass, shirt, and stickers for my chest freezers. After visiting a ton of breweries, I'm more picky on glassware and shirts.

Just beer and a meal if they have a kitchen. I only buy glassware if I like their particular glass. I'm not into collecting glassware.

I visit a lot of SD breweries, so I can’t buy too much merch. I’ll buy a shirt though if I like the design and if they have my size. And I’ve bought most of Hess’s glassware and the chalace from Societe.

If I like the beer I may buy a glass and a shirt. If it is a local place I will buy a growler.

Sometimes glassware, and usually that's it. I'm happy buying a bottle or two. But plenty of times the brewery gives you a glass, shirt, free growler with purchase, etc.

It is gotten to the point where I am the same way. I have so many glasses that unless you have some kind of really cool glass, I am not going to pick it up. The same with shirts, I have a closet full of t-shirts, most of them from breweries I have gotten to the point where I usually pass. I mean I was in Syracuse on the weekend and I stopped in at the Middle Ages Brewery. I looked at their merch and their glasses were just a standard pint glass with their logo on it. I have so many of that style glass that I didn't bother getting another one.

I try to get a growler (if available) and a glass. As far as apparel goes it really comes down if they have something that I like, not just a plain logo in the chest.

More often than note. Glassware. Especially snifters or something different than a pint glass.

    Cheers!

First, business card, second, coaster, then any other paper items, third, sticker, and last but not least glass-which really depends on whether me my wife like the place and the beer. No growlers-here in CA they will not fill any other places' growler.

If they have a glass that I like I will usually buy one, normally just a shirt.

Glassware as well. I rarely buy pint glasses unless they are really unique. Pint glasses are a dime a dozen. Just go to some events/tap takeovers of your favorite breweries and you'll get plenty of free pints. There's no need to spend money on them at the brewery.

The type of glassware I'll purchase at a brewery is usually determined by the favored brews/styles from that brewery. When I'm drinking a brew, I like to use appropriate branded glassware from that brewery. For example, I bought Founders snifters since I drink their stouts and high abv brews all the time. From Brooklyn, I have their snifters (Black Chocolate Stout/Monster Ale), but I'm a big fan of their Big Bottle line as well so I have the gold-rimmed stemware for Sorachi Ace & Local 1, etc.

I always get a growler, it's a win-win with a good beer and collect the growler. Next would be the pint glass, but for the right price. Always go for free stickers first, unless it's a cool one.

A shirt or hat. Sometimes a growler if I liked the beer well enough. I get enough free glassware at brewers nights, so I don't generally buy branded glasses.

Something I've wondered, why don't breweries get pens with their name, phone & website on them and give to their servers to use. Servers and bartenders go through a ton of pens and people leave them all over the place. It's good, cheap advertising.
