When was dinner last brewed?

    Hello all, I was just wondering when dinner was last brewed before I ask it to trade?

    This year it was a brewery only, one case per person release in early December 2014. It is a phenomenal beer and although you are up to about 60 days at this point, the bottle I had in early January showed no signs of deterioration. I would trade with confidence and think it will easily drink great through Feb and probably into March.

    there was noticeable deterioration between the 2 & 3-month mark in the last case I had

    I think there is noticeable deterioration at a month or less. Wait until it's fresh.

    Same here. May batch two months later = still excellent; July batch three months later = def lost something off its fastball (and I liked July batch best of three I've had). Same experience with Heady. Granted, small sample size, but will use two months as my benchmark for the foreseeable future.

    The bottle is labeled "drink immediately" for good reason.
