When will MN get a 6 pack sour?

www.cosmosbrewing.com I believe you may see some sours coming locally out of these guys. Not much info on them yet, but I talked to the president Daryl Bolicek and it sounds like he has big things coming out of Hugo MN.

 

I say you look to Off Color. Troublesome is a blended gose, so it isn't all that sour but it is incredibly well-crafted and balanced. Their Fierce is a Berliner and is much more tart.

Destihl's Wild Sour series is also surely worth looking into.

 

I wasn't overly impressed with troublesome, I was hoping for something closer to destihl here gose nothing, which is amazing. If I am looking a local sour on a budget, I have been very happy with lucid goslar for the money. Not the best on the market, but for $6 a 750 is a solid deal in my book.

 

I take it all batches don't taste like straight pickle juice then? Better try this one again apparently
