Where do you draw the line?

    I bought a 4 pack maybe a month or so ago. Went through two quickly. Kimmich talked about "aging" it for 6-8 weeks, so I'll see how that goes.
    Hell, he even pulled out a year old can and it was still good, according to him.

    (And yes, I do have it refrigerated. Wouldn't recommend doing what I'm doing if it wasn't.)

    Whenever I do a mixer sixer, I always add at least two bombers or a growler of something I know I like or will like. This way, I feel the need to go through those first, while trying the mixed singles. It helps stretch the pack. Doesn't necessarily stretch the dollar though.

    I've never had a problem delaying gratification, if I buy a six, I know how many I'm going to drink and approximately when. If I buy a beer with the intent of aging it five years, it very well might make it to 6, 7, or 8 years before I finally pop the cap.
