Are they skipping it again and I just missed the announcement? I don't see it listed anywhere on their website. I'm going to be severely sad if it doesn't come out this year.

We sent them an email last month asking where it's at, & sadly they said it's not being released this year. No reasoning behind the decision, just a "we know, we suck", and hopefully you can enjoy one of our other great beers until it comes out again. Bummer, because that's a good barleywine.

No offense, but your post needs a "dislike" option.

I spoke to them about this about a month ago... I was told that they hadn't even brewed a batch last year, and in fact everything that was on draft last year was the prior year's batch. No update on current production :slight_frown: Hopefully now that it's officially gone, they will consider a new round (I sure miss the BA version, too), but the focus lately seems to be wine barrel treatments on some of the usual line-up.

Now I'm kinda wondering how the Yard House I go to had in on draft in January. After reading this forum, I'm really glad I had 2 glasses when it was there.
