    Another vote for D.C.

Easy to get to. Lots of other stuff to do when not drinking. Great beer bars. A nice convention center. Plenty of established and new breweries. Certainly the best place east of the Mississippi.

San Diego for sure! There's a huge brewery scene going on there..a brewery on every corner..some of the best!

D.C. would be fantastic. Just be wary of the first week of April. Everyone tries to have events at that time due to the Cherry Blossom Festival so hotels are incredibly expensive if you can even find them.

+1 on Asheville, NC. It's got everything you could want : a great beer scene, lots of great food, cool, eclectic people, and a wonderfully scenic location.

Austin is a great choice. That's why we are getting things like F1, X Games, and all of types of crazy music festivals: SXSW, ACL, Fun Fun Fun. People just like to travel here and now we have the airport and hotels to accommodate them. Put it another way: people will travel to Austin. Period. Tack the event onto SXSW or ACL...you have a sellout.

ONLY problem to consider is Texas's (read TABC's) weird restrictions on selling beer. Although we have a ton of breweries distributing here already, there may be some issues for smaller breweries that don't already distribute here. I think there are some weird label approval laws or somesuch to deal with.

Take a look at this: http://www.readthehorn.com/news/63278/austin_second_best_city_for_young_adults

BA, if you do decide on Austin and need a lawyer to look into the laws, just give me shout.

Texas laws also don't allow for "unlimited" tastings, right?

Can I get an "amen" from the choir section, please? One of the biggest cities in the country, easy to get here and easy to navigate within the city, and we have Troegs and Victory in close proximity.

Arizona! Help us jump start a fledgling but growing craft community right next door to California (5 hours away from Beer Nirvana, San Diego). With some great new things happening here (Like the guys over at Arizona Wilderness Brewing, which was named the best new micro brewery in the world) this would be a great place to push AZ towards becoming another great place for the progression of a great beer destination.

Scottsdale or Tempe, AZ... great weather when the rest of you are bundling up, a number of possible locations (Tempe Beach Park, Westworld pop to mind), and an up and coming craft beer scene that doesn't get out of the state much (yet). Make sure to hook up with the AZ Craft Brewers Guild if you do, and you'll likely have a ton of local participation and established marketing/promotion channels.

Also to answer OP:Vegas would be good because of so many places in can be held here off the strip. And you wouldn't have to pay for parking meters like most places.(for the most part)

Minneapolis because it's really close to me and we have a quickly growing beer scene including surly and indeed which have both gained national attention

You guys should move around the country and spread the love. Do a city that hasn't been done before (maybe Bay Area - sorry that was selfish) It will come back many fold.

Happy Valley, Plenty of microbreweries in PA and it is dead centre of the state. Plus many hotel rooms (unless its a home game weekend)
