Wheres all the young BAs at?

Turning 21 next week, but having grown up in Germany and now living in Canada, I've been drinking great beer since I was 16.

The beer list stands at 295 different brews sampled, hoping to break 300 by my birthday.

 

I'm 24 and not a day more mature than I was when I was 12.

 

Ill wager 90% of the people answering this post dont have any idea who depeche mode is

 

25. 4 year craft veteran. I think scotch is gonna have me by the balls for 2012, we'll see about next year.

 

Just turned 24. Ive been into craft beer for a little over 18 months, and im at somewhere near 400-500 beers. guess that comes with being the official reviewer of a local bottle shop.

 

25, started trying craft when I turned 21, started drinking only craft a few months before I turned 23.

 

26....guess it started when I was 24 or 25..hard to keep track cuz I have two kids that keep me on the move constantly, can't even remember what day it is half the time. But it all started when I was sitting at home waiting on my buddy (seeyouaretee-fellow BA) to go out to the bar and we usually slammed as many beers as we could before we made it to the bar, but that day we didnt get started till late so I told him just to get the highest ABV beer he could find. So we ended up drinking a few obp2 each and then the next day was at the store buying a sixer of Golden Monkey and that's all she wrote! Glad to be here and wish someone would have smacked the shit out of me earlier and make me realize what I was missing out on.

 

I'm 26, I've been drinking craft beer since when I was 22 regularly. It helped to get out of college first.

 

I'm 22 and have been strictly craft since I started drinking 18 months ago.

Yeah, yeah, I was 21.....once....way back when.

25 drinking craft since 21

 

I'm 22, been drinking craft from the day I turned 21. I've had a lot of beers in a year and nine months. Craft is becoming ever popular with this age group, I've been seeing tons of check-ins on Facebook and Foursquare at my local beer bars from my friends recently, even more-so than other bars in the area.

And I know who Depeche Mode is.

 

25 and been into it for about 3 years now... its addicting. I have a hard time finding people my age who appreciate good beer or haven't moved past getting shitfaced on miller 64 and coors. gag me... but I hear you. Thank you New Glarus for showing me the way back in college...

 

I love Depeche Mode's version of 'Route 66'. Killer.

 

I'm 26. Never drank beer much until I was 21, and I've been really into craft stuff for the last three or four years. We were really the right age at the right time to get exposed to craft beer. It'd be tough to be a young bar-goer and not be exposed to it nowadays, whereas I don't think that was the case 10 or 20 years ago.

where are they at? based on today, i'd say they are all at lost abbey via the drunk bus and acting like asses. just my take though.

 

Turning 24 in a few months, no idea how many beers are under my belt like some of peers, but I drink well, I drink often enough, and I drink what I love. Cheers.
