    I think it depends what is on the menu. If the traditional ham is being served then I really like a fruity beer to balance the salt and smoky. I'm having a Kasteel Rouge with my ham.

    I think I should make a line of Atheist/Agnostic beers:

    Nothingness Imperial Stout
    Dust in the Wind Pale Ale
    Darwin's Barleywine (it changes over time, but not necessarily for the better)
    Skepticism American Wild Ale
    Reason Red Amber Ale

    I voted for BCBCS because the only thing aging a coffee beer does is let the coffee notes diminish.
