Which beers are worth Cellaring?

    At a glance, they all appear to be cellarable.

    I love Temptation with about 2 to 3 years on it!!!!!

    I'm not certain that My Antonia and Faithful from DFH would cellar well.

    Probably most of them are, but I would suggest trying one of each now to see how it is, and then celllering one or two so you know how it's changed down the road.

    Yeah had extras of those wasn't really trying to cellar them the excel doc is just to help me remember what i have in my house. But tried both the faithful and the my antonia wasn't blown away by them hopefully some of my beer friends haven't tried it and they will bring something fun over so we can open them up. Thanks everyone for the input.

    My Antonia, at least the Birra del Borgo version, was absolutely delicious fresh and I'm skeptical that age will improve it.
