I'll take a stab at assuming the OP meant "big" in terms of name and reputation as opposed to overall barrel volume.

I've been so focused on homebrewing, I really only buy commercial beer to supplement. Slowly but surely, I'll tick them off.

New Belgium. Its not distributed in MA and when I am where it is distributed, there is always something more interesting to try.

If we are talking big by reputation alone, then I also have not had...

    Deschutes
    The Bruery
    Surly
    HF
    Sixpoint
    Firestone Walker
    Great Lakes

Most of the ones on the west coast- Russian River, Firestone Walker. etc. We go to Michigan in the summer so have had many of those from that area, with the exception of Three Floyds. For those who are jonesing for Cigar City- you will not be disappointed but by all means try some of their small batch stuff at the brewery.

Man, I really consider myself fortunate as I can basically say I've tried almost all that has been mentioned.

Having said that for all the CCB guys...everybody should be able to trade easily for Jai Alai, Maduro, Tocobaga, etc.

I can't trade yet, but when I can, I would love to get some of you on here some extremely fresh Jai Alai. I've had some pretty good IPA's and its so much better than the rest, imo. Hopslam is close, but there's just something about it. It's incredible. Everyone should get to drink it.

Cascade and Alpine are two on here that get a lot of mention, but I've never come close to trying. Cascade bailing on EBF was one of the reasons I'm not going (back) to Boston this weekend.

I'd highly recommend the Saison Rue. I've also had the 5 Golden Rings, which is an interesting take on a Belgian Strong Ale, but gets really close to tasting like wine, given the addition of pineapple juice, the high ABV (11.5%) and the fact that it's aged in Chardonnay barrels if I'm not mistaken.

But again, the Saison Rue is fantastic. Especially if you like saisons.

I thought it was pretty clear that "big" meant big name, not big production volume or distribution footprint. Plus, regardless of what the OP meant, to me it's more fun to share what well-known breweries you haven't tried than what high volume/distro breweries you haven't tried. The former question depends more on the answerer's location and interests, while the latter question is more about the answerer "getting around to" trying a given brewery.

    But I digress.

If we're talking breweries of high repute that I've yet to try but really want to...

    Hill Farmstead (obviously)
Vivant (though this one might come off the list soon based on my finding a site that sells Vivant brews)
Fantôme (but I have a Saison Printemps sitting in my fridge at home, so it's only a matter of time...)
    Brooklyn
    Russian River
    Cigar City

Definitely. FFF is not "big" in physical terms.

You're not missing much of anything from Pyramid. I liken them to Abita; decent, drinkable beers that are quickly forgotten.
