I have a Leffe Brune clone recipe that I made 10 gallons of for a buddy's wedding in the kegs right now. I am going to bottle a few for a BJCP comp end month. I need help on where to put it. It is 6.9% so not big enough for a Belgian Dark Strong. It is not unique enough for Belgian Specialty, but kind of fits alongside some of the Unibroue beers in the same ABV and color range which are listed as the beers of this style. There is no Belgian Dark Ale like on BA which is what Leffe Brune is filed under. I thought about Belgian Dubbel as it is follows almost to a T the description for aroma w/o the more prominent dark fruit character.

It could go into dubbel or Belgian specialty, but might have trouble standing out in either category (IMO; I'm not a huge Leffe fan). Slight nod to dubbel.
