By the time one of their beers come out and the word gets out that it's good - it will be gone in days or sooner. So I pretty much buy everything they put out at least once. There have been a couple I probably wouldn't buy again, but they haven't released a beer yet I haven't enjoyed. So I guess it works...

Solemn Oath, Pipeworks, New Glarus, and Two Brothers. They are some of my favorite breweries and really introduced me to craft beer.

Prairie is the only brewery for which Ive ever had that "need all their beers" feeling, but I think its as much the desire to support a great local brewery as it is about how great the beers are!

I go out of my way to try new St. Louis locals (2nd Shift, Alpha, Perennial) than any of the big guys. That said, I still have a hard time turning down any new Stone, Founders, Green Flash, Bell's, Ballast Point or Sierra Nevada.

None - it isn't that I'm opposed to it. I like a wide range of styles, too, so it isn't that either. But almost every brewer has at least a few beers in their line-up that don't make the cut. So while I follow certain breweries carefully, I'm a long way from drinking all the options from any.

Deschutes, Almanac and Breakside are on my "buy at least one of everything they put out" list. I may read some reviews before I buy, but I'm buying them anyway.

Because it's local to me and fairly accessible, I'd have to say Pipeworks. Their beers are always great and they are constantly tweaking recipes and trying new things, that I'm constantly grabbing their stuff. They make some awesome stouts and great ipas.

And they have some of the best labels for their beers as well.

Every beer from every Wyoming brewery. You'd probably be surprised at how hard that is.

I spent some time in Wyoming a while back. I really wasn't into craft at the time, and when I was feeling peckish, I drove down to Fort Collins. But I think I can understand the challenge of you are doing. Wyoming is such a huge state and I bet there are a ton of tiny hole-in-the-wall breweries and you want to try them all. Wish I would have thought of that. :stuck_out_tongue:
