Agreed, this was the first craft beer I ever tried and was blown away.

It's a top 50, but little to no dry hopping is the issue. Needs smell. It's a good beer.

Elevated IPA by la Cumbre. One of the few "wow" beers I have had recently. Since it is brewed in NM, a little remote for most.

Agree with you. It's too mainstream to ever be cool to like. It's a regular in my fridge (we get it very fresh here) and I love it on tap when fresh too.

Hop stoopid, overlooked more so than overrated. $4 bomber, year round, and a great sub for any style of IPA

Totally agree, Hop Stoopid is a solid IPA and goes over looked

Gaffel Kolsch. This may be the first time the words "Gaffel Kolsch" have ever been typed into this forum*

*I realize this is almost certainly not the case. It's a joke, OK Internet detail sticklers?

New Belgium 1554! Underrated, solid go to in a bind beer, but there are a ton out there!

I had all three at the brewery in Paso Robles and have to agree with you, the Double DBA was my favorite...that and the Unfiltered DBA, which was spectacular as well. Now, I've the Sucaba and DDBA to be aged and will put up for a taste test somewhere again far down the line.

Doesn't this apply to a great number of Lagunitas beers, including the Cap Stout? Lagunitas is underrated and one of the best bang-for-your-buck beers.

Agreed. This is the beer that I bought during a trip to Austin (because it was on sale for a stupid price of $4.99 a sixer or something crazy like that) which got me back into craft beer. Very underrated, and very tasty.

These instantly came to my mind: Anchor Steam, SNPA, Sam Adams Boston Lager, 60 Minute IPA, Stone IRS (it has a rating of 97 but people seem to rarely talk about it so I feel it gets over looked and it is the best I've ever had in the style especially for the price), and Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout. We get so caught up in tracking down hard to get beers and those that push the boundaries or are more extreme that its easy for us to forget the greatness of the readily available beers.

Upslope. I would put their IPA, stout, and brown ale up against any other brewery's.
