Which Eclipse would you buy?

?

I only really want to pay for one of these. If you we're only going to pick one, which would it be?

I can think of more than a few beers worth more than a $1 an Oz...

Don't agree at all. To each his own.

First, I bought 2 EC20's last year and stil have one. Second, it's not available where I would purchase this year.

It's looking like the EC12 is the clear winner. But I guess my question now would be is the 12 very similar to the 18? It so, for the sake of variety, is there one that's more unique from the pack?

the 4 I tried were all similar...it just seems to be a matter of taste as to which one has the exact flavor profile that you're going to prefer.

Has anyone tried the Rebel Yell variant? That doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Just curious as the EC12 seems to be the clear preference of the 2012 series, but I didn't even see Rebel Yell listed.

Elijah Craig is the best whiskey of the bunch, so the barrel treatment is the finest.

Blueray version... easily the best of the Twilight series.

I bought the Rittenhouse and Evan Williams and I thought both were very good. Have an EC12 in my cellar.

Probably overpriced for what it is, but I still enjoyed them.

Are those of you saying its overpriced, referring to the shelf or futures price? The futures price is in line with other top barrel aged beers

Shelf. We're in Bruery territory with those prices.

The only one's I'd re-buy @ price point are EC12/18/20. I'd also consider the Rittenhouse too. The rest are good beers that cost at least double what they "should."

With a 1414 as an extra?
