I have a chance to acquire one of these IPAs: Founders Azacca, Founders Centennial, Founders All Day, Oddside Ales Citra Pale Ale, and Bell's Two Hearted. Which one should I get? I also prefer IPAs with a tropical fruit and citrus flavor over floral and piney.

Why not grab one of each?

Never had the citra but based on what you are looking for a citra IPA might be what you want. Two hearted is my personal favorite.

If I had to choose one, I'd go with Founders Azacca.

I haven't had the Odd Side but all the others are great. Odd question, but I guess I'd go with Two Hearted given what you're looking for, even though Founders is my favorite brewery.

    Oddside's Citra if it's fresh!

Basically one of my family members are in a different state and offered to bring back some beers (that amount being two, one of which is Founder's Dirty Bastard), so I have to sadly only choose one. I can't get any of these options here in Washington.

Can't go wrong with the Bells Two Hearted Ale.

I'm not a huge fan of it, but you have to have Two-Hearted if you haven't had it and this is a rare-ish opportunity. It is a historic/standard setter type beer.

This is the answer per your taste requirements, but make sure it is fresh. (They date stamp on the label, but if it is found in cans, it's guaranteed to be fresh because they just released this beer in cans for the first time last week.) Founders Azacca as a second choice.

Centennial gets my vote, Two Hearted good if fresh. Azacca is good, but not tropical.

    Fresh is best....

Oddside's first, then Bell's Azacca or Two Hearted....probably Two Hearted.
