Which IPA should I choose to get.

I agree that freshness should play a major role. I wouldn't choose a 2 month old beer when another one is only a couple of weeks old, especially given the time the beer will spend in transit. But just choosing the freshest beer isn't necessarily the best solution. There are many variables that go into making a beer taste good to someone.

Well said, and quite true.
Freshness of hop-forward beers matters (except of course in some cases where it really does not).

Absolutely true, but freshness was not mentioned at the time I posted and it's something to consider. On the flipside, bashing people for the sake of an ego boost is unacceptable.

Two Hearted is a stand by when I go out. All Centennial hops, the nose can be very floral if fresh. Centennial is more grapefruit and other citrus notes, I don't get much tropical fruit from it.

Azacca was grassy, it might be a good supporting hop, but didn't do anything for me.

Which IPA should I choose to get.
