I bought a few bottles the other day and have a question on which ones to age. Going to take a beer hiatus for a bit and want to cellar what I can.
    Even Less Jesus Stillwater Stout
    DFH World Wide Stout
    Ten Fidy
Allagash Tiarna ale aged in oak barrels
    Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break
    St Bernardus Abt 12 ale
Crooked Stave Surette Provison Ale aged in oak barrels
    Westbrook Citrus Ninja
    Stone Xocoveza
    Elysian Dark O' the moon
Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks in adavance

Drink the Citrus Ninja now, its awesome! Cellar WWS, Bernardus12. Ten Fidy is good at 6-12months never went beyond. Othrs I cant say I have tried or have never tried with age.

Biscotti Break has an expiration date on it. The most recent bottle I purchased said "drink by 2015."

Stone Xocoveza is a beer you should drink fresh, also. Its fantastic right now. Age would not benefit this beer.

I just had a 2012, and it was amazing. Holds up and ages great.

I tend to agree with @ChicagoNick about the Xocoveza, but I saw a video in the thread about the beer where the brewer thought it would actually age really well, so I think it'd be okay to lay down (and for the cost, not a big risk).

Surette should probably hold up okay, although I've never aged it because I love it when it's pretty fresh.

I would definitely drink the citrus ninja fresh, don't think there will be any argument there (especially when you consider that it's already at least a month old I believe, and time will almost definitely not improve any aspect of it). I'm a fan of fresh coffee beers and I find myself noticing coffee fading fast, so if it were my haul, I would drink the xocoveza and biscotti fairly soon IE not intentionally age them. Beyond that, I think just about everything will lay down without any (objectively) negative impact

How long of a hiatus are we talking? I personally would probably only consider aging the WWS and maybe the Abt 12. A little time on the Ten Fidy might not hurt but otherwise get drinking.

Even Less Jesus Stillwater Stout - drink now as it has grape juice in it
DFH World Wide Stout - can age indefinitely, best around 2 years old.
Ten Fidy - age, 6-24 months max. it can age longer but RIS can oxidize over time
Allagash Tiarna ale aged in oak barrels - non-fruited sour ale, can age indefinitely
Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break - i would drink now, but can age 6-24 months max with coffee being more muted over time
St Bernardus Abt 12 ale - can age almost indefinitely
Crooked Stave Surette Provison Ale aged in oak barrels - drink now IMO, you can age saisons with live yeast up to 2 years, but wouldn't go beyond that.
Westbrook Citrus Ninja - drink now, will be a shadow of itself in 2 months after bottling.
Stone Xocoveza - drink now to get an idea of how the brewer wanted this blend to taste, can cellar but flavor profile will shift significantly as the cocoa, coffee and pepper flavors will alter at different times.
Elysian Dark O' the moon - Again I'd drink now as it has an adjunct (pumpkin) but could be cellared without much change for up to 12 months.

I have good experience aging WWS and St. Bernardus. Ten Fidy changes, but it's probably personal preference which you prefer.
