Any of you local RS members that got to try White Chocolate planning on putting up a review? I would really like to get some opinions before I buy more.
Matt kindly shared a bottle at Woodshop 7. (Formerly of Blue Palms and a great guy. A wonderful addition to the Bruery's great group of people). Anyway, while I don't remember it sufficiently to do a review from memory, it was pretty rich, sweet and I do remember a big vanilla character. (Suffice it to say I just bought a few more bottles myself).
I have a large backlog to copy from RateBeer, so it probably won't be for awhile. They opened bottles for RateBeer Summer Gathering a couple weeks ago and there's lots of ratings up from that: https://www.beeradvocate.com/ratebeer/?path=/beer/the-bruery-white-chocolate/179260/ Keep in mind that RB scores tend to be scaled down from the overly high scores given here on BA, so don't equate a 4.0 on there to a 4.0 on here.
