I have brewed the all grain version of Denny's rye IPA a few times, and it is a very good beer.

NB calls this one a Rye IPA:

I helped a coworker brew this one (was her first brew). But with only 1/2oz Palisades near the end of boil and 1/2oz in dry hop, it barely had any hops in the nose. Nice malt-bitterness balance though, but I would up the end of boil hop charge to 1 oz and dry hops to 2 oz. That would be my change so I can call it an IPA, otherwise was a pretty solid beer.
