I'm getting up early tomorrow to brew up 20 gallons of a new Belgian Triple. What's in your brew kettle?

no, not really. maybe I will do a step up on my sour mash starter, but the nasty looking pellicles make me want to avoid that corner of the kitchen.

Brewing 16 gallons of English Dark Mild today. It's my same recipe I brewed at Carton Brewing a few months ago, but using water this time instead of Maple Sap! Also might rack my Pineapple Kolsch this weekend if not next weekend.

Depending on my laziness levels, I'll be brewing a dark mild either this weekend or next.

Double batch Sunday for me. Coffee blonde and session IPA.

Also racking a 5 gal batch of Berliner onto 15 lbs of Michigan blueberries and putting on a keg of saison fermented with ECY03 and ECY03-B that was dry hopped with Amarillo.

Brewing an ipa with Vermont ale yeast for the first time. Also brewing something similar to Wookey Jack. A good friend of mine is coming over to help for the 1st time so that should be cool. I usually brew solo and am 100% focused so hopefully I don't f anything up.

My "sourheads" group is getting together to brew 50 gallons of lambic. We'll use it to replace the 50 gallons we'll pull from three 50 gallon barrels in our ongoing solera project.

I will be brewing and American ale from the Brooklyn brewery recipie book. Just doing a 1 gal batch since I have not brewed in several months because of Texas heat! But I got a chest freezer and a Johnson controller set up this week and I'm ready to try it out

Very tired from todays brew. Started at 9am and cleaned the last item at 445 pm. Tried out a new brew kettle item today. I went from one strainer to 2 by adding a tee and a few other stainless fittings. It worked well, the flow was much better.

I haven't planned a brew day for a while, but I have to start making more beer, there hasn't been enough. Tomorrow I will do a double brew day with a sour rye(mash and sparge only) and a sweet corn stout. Possibly a triple brew day depending on how the first two went. If not a triple brew day, then I'll have another double brew day on Sunday. The two other brews will be a red and an esb. I' d like to get three brews out of the way tomorrow, so I can have an easier brew day on my birthday, Sunday.
