I'm not, but I do have 15 gallons of my house beer to bottle, La Chouffe IPA clone. Good timing too, I'm just about out of the last batch.

Building another STC 1000 for my incubator and to do a club Tech Talk on the build in a week.

Also brewing the single mash / split boils Saison, German Hefe, and Berlinerweisse that I was going to do last weekend but never got to. My grains are milled. My SN Kellerweisse starter is ready. My Cascade Lacto starter is ready. My captured from Arlington air Saison strain from Jasper Yeast is ready. Fermentation fridge is clean, bleached, and ready. Need to make sure the burner is ready.

Also going to step up some Kolsch slurry for the Berliner off the last runnings, as well as make 8 100ml starters from the last runnings to step up my Brett strains for my upcoming 14 gallon wine barrel Belgian Blonde (will also get Cascade Lacto).

Brewing a cream ale. First time using a new water profile, anxious to see how it turns out!

Double 10 gal batch of English Strong Ale, both will get a 3 hour boil. Should be a long day, but fairly easy. Planning on some oak staves soaked in bourbon additions before kegging.

Bottling a bastard and a half ale tonight. Brewing an Oktoberfest ale and ipa tomorrow. Still deciding on the hops for the ipa. Might pick up something I haven't tried before. About to do a little research on Wakatu, Motueka and Zythos before I go to the lhbs at lunch.

Brewing up another IPA I've been tinkering with, and probably a brown ale as well.

Going to try and have the brown done by the time I rack the RIS out of the barrel, and then toss the brown in there behind it for a little while to keep the barrel full.

Other than that- maybe some keg cleaning, and kegging my saison.

We finally nailed an IPA recipe we really like.
Going to try and replicate it tomorrow.

We used WLP001 for the first batch, but there is a new local yeast supplier in town (can't remember the name right now), so with this 10 gallon batch, one carboy will get WLP001 and the other will get this supplier's equivalent to see if they're the same. Just for curiosity's sake.

Heading to a friends house Monday to help with a blueberry dunkelweizzen and make some homemade ice cream using some home brewed coffee stout. Yum...very excited.

I've found that cream ales really start to taste great after about 3 1/2 months. Great way to end summer.

Vienna malt + ultra SMaSH blonde ale. Nothing special, just an easy drinker. Gotta use up that bag of Weyermann Vienna and Ultra is just a great hop.

I need to get a Christmas beer in the pipeline. Only 5 five more days and we are on the downward slide to that holiday.

Another saison in an attempt to iron out my all grain system. Same recipe as my last one, hoping to repeat all my measures... Then onward!
