My Bomber Brown Ale is boiling away as we speak. It needs to be ready for 2 weeks from now. Damn, I should never have put it off this long.

If I have a keg that's free (I think I do), my hef is getting kegged sometime this weekend. I also need to bottle a few brews from the keg for a BIF I'm in. Of course on Sunday, I'm cooking something for my wife. Busy weekend.

I'll be brewing up a Citra heavy IPA loosely based on the zombie dust clone on HBT. Really excited for this aromatic monster.

New to the BA community so, hey, but reaping the rewards of Caribou Slobber ( http://shwnw.co/KhYGmf ) that was bottled a couple of weeks ago. Taste test on bottling day was smooth, hoping all goes well tonight.

Brewed Surly CynicAle saison yesterday (Northern Brewer partial mash kit) with Wyeast Belgian Ardennes 3522. 1.048 OG... a bit low, but I topped up a bit too high. Need to mark the 5gal spot on my 6.5gal carboy! Anyhow, the hop bill seems quite low compare to advertised IBU... 2.25 oz. hops (1.75 of which are at flame out) and it's listed as 33 IBU? Hmm...
