    I do not live in Bako, But I work there. But I was in Imbebe Today and they had a very nice selection of Beers. I was impressed, I bought some Sculpin which I have never seen in Paso where I live.

    ya they have their "ways" to get stuff. i like them for getting good stuff, but sometimes the prices drive me crazy. 30 something for parabola. seriously?

    Yeah I saw they had Parabola for 29.99. Nuts I am going to the Brewery tomorrow and should pay in the 16 range. But I guess some people pay for convenience.

    ya and its a ritzy place. people will drop a hundred bill in a heart beat or wipe their ass with it. their is a store called country club liqours that has fair prices and gm liquors as well. chester liquors is good, but they have some old stuff their.

    I have never been to each of those places. I randomly heard of Imbibe and checked it out, and when I got their I was thrown off by the ritzy-ness of the place, but the beer was a good selection. I will have to check out country club liquors next time I am in Bako for work; oilfield work is a bit random so it could be tomorrow or next month.

    ya man its on the east side on columbus ......i hear you man, i know a lot of people that work for oil companies. they get called out to rigs for weeks at a time or are home for weeks at a time.

    Imbibe is nice for the simple fact that it's the only place in town that has a decent selection of craft beer ( have to give them credit for that) If it were located in a city with any serious competition, it wouldn't last a minute. No one really knows about beer there.
    Country club is great, less of a selection, but the prices are better, and for the most part they know what they're talking about.

    you can find sculpin at Albertsons across from walmart on niblick
    and for something like 5.99 or 6.99. it's been a few weeks since i went in there

    Yeah I went by there yesterday and saw that after I posted,pretty funny. Albertson's has a decent selection of beers. I picked up some FW15 while I was there yesterday.

    Paso Robles Alberston's. It was 22 I think, a little high but I haven't seen it in a while so I was glad I could grab some.
