Who scored Avery Sour Fest tickets?

    I know there's a lot of negativity with regard to how fast this one sells out. Thankfully, I've got my method down, and scored tickets again this year. I love this event - any else get lucky today?

    I did as well. Both my buddies are still trying. Looks like it went into "pending" within seconds. Craziness. Looking forward to it though!

    Great success! Left a meeting at work early and ended up hitting refresh until I scored tickets.

    Jealous of all you ticket holders. I was out on a range this morning and had no way to get to a computer. Of course by this afternoon they were long gone....

    It was much easier this year. I got 1 ticket right at 9:00am and then later on wished I had gotten another. And low and behold at around 9:45am I scored another single ticket. The way Eventbrite works, if you don't complete a transaction in 15 minutes then they re-release that ticket in 15 minutes. So if you go out at 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00 you'll see the tickets that someone didn't complete the transaction on. Remember that for their next sale.

    Does anyone have an extra ticket? I landed a pair, both of which are spoken for, but have a friend who would like to fly into town to attend as well.

    Nope; didn't even try. As much as I love sours, I've been on meds for acid reflux for about six years now (didn't even know I had a problem til they discovered a hole in my esophagus) so can't begin to justify the cost to have the equivalent of maybe 12 ounces. Strong Ale Fest is a different story, however. Have a great time y'all!
