Who uses a spreadsheet for their cellar?

    I columns that I use are: Beer Name, Brewery, Vintage, Quantity, and Beer style.

    We should all be migrating to the same place. That would truly enhance the beer-aging community.

    I've been on Cellartracker for a year. It's voluntary payment. It has a surprisingly large number of beers already loaded in. Check it out.

    I'm probably going to have to start a spreadsheet, up to around 120 bottles. I did get some little circle stickers to put the date on and stick to the back side of the bottle.

    I was curious if anyone else has started a spreadsheet to keep track of the beers that they are cellaring?

    There was a thread on here not too long ago.

    For me, it's simple: Brewery, Name, Style, quantity, ABV, year ... pretty simple.

    I use both paper and online cellar site
    Best by, brewery, name, abv, bottled, cellared, notes for spread sheet

    I should look into transferring my Excel file to Google docs... Hadn't really thought of that before.

    Beer cellar dot me (no spaces)
    stumbled over it when I started my cellar. Most beers already listed. I dont rely on it much but i keep it updated

    I haven't used it (I'm still researching to find the best cellar listing site) but beercellarlist.com says you can scan your beers by UPC.
