Just wanted to give a heads up Whole Foods in Pasadena has all large format bottles on sale right now.
I think that's most Los Angeles area WF's as New Port is doing the same thing. Is it ALL or just select? Since they seem to just limit it to a good dozen or so breweries.
Seemed like ALL to me, I didn't see any larger bottles that weren't on sale. I picked up some Hanssens gueuze, GI ladies, Lagunitas NightTime, Logsdon Bretta, and Almanac Gose.
I always have a field day at WF Pasadena whenever I can get up there. Love the place. Will check out WF Venice and see if they have a sale there as well this weekend.
That was my favorite place to buy bottles (or have a pint while getting some groceries) while living in Pasadena.
While I like nice informative posts like this one (and I really don't mean to nitpick but) 1) please please please be more specific with titles. for example: whole foods arroyo pasadena has beer sale 2) go a step further if youre going to make an announcement. what is the sale posted? what is the sale amount? these will take your good intentions much further. I should also note, it seems like many whole foods are doing a similar clearance (I believe several OC locations inc HB, Newport) had sales over Father's Day weekend with up to 20% off specific bottles (quite a selection)
