    Yeah it kind of irks me , they tell me their supplier won't tell them what year they are. I find that hard to believe. I've never had a problem with their pellets, though.

    I prefer whole hops using a hopsack to keep all that vegetation out of the primary. I do end up using pellets a lot for the hoppy brews or to get a certain variety of hop.
