Anyone else brewing or doing brew related things this weekend? I will be away on a Youth Retreat but will put my dry hopping and carbing room temp keg of Vienna, Amarillo, Simcoe, Brett Trios APA in the fridge to finish carbing, chill, and clear so I can bottle some off for a comp in a couple weeks. Also going to drop the temp on my Vienna Lager that's been at D-rest for a few days now before I head out. How bout yall?

@HerbMeowing feel free to post what yuo brewed today if you did. No worries man.

Bottling weekend here : about 4 gallons of stong bitter and 5 gallons of apfelwein. May not have enough bottles to get both done though.
Planning a SMaSH -- Golden Promise/Chinook. Really looking forward to brewing again.

I may grind up some grain for two batches. I bottled Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week, 30 gallons. I think I ended up with 6 cases of 12 oz , 59 corked, 5 bombers, one 40 oz and 7 loose 12's.

I was planning on doing a hop-bursted APA with Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra. However, when I went to make my yeast starter last night, my oven went on the fritz. So, I won't be brewing unless they fix it today. I know what's wrong, the control module for the ignitors went bad...but it's under warranty and I'm not going to try to fix it myself.

Will be racking a Belgian Tripel this weekend into secondary. It's the first time I've tried this style and I think it's gonna be a monster. Really excited to see how it turns out!

Splitting a Gose in half Saturday, putting half on some mystery items. Other half will be bottled Saturday, half regular, half with Lactic added. So in all I will have 3 variants.

Souring mash as we speak... I hope. That Rubbermaid cooler holds heat a lot better than I thought it would. Only lost 10 degrees over 3 hours last night with the lid just barely on. Pitched the uncrushed malt in at 127 this morning. Got it in a sleeping back with heating pad on high. Will probably add hot water before bed tonight. Fingers crossed. Boiling that sucker sunday and pitching it on the Gose yeast cake.

Third Berliner gonna be brewed this Saturday.
Second one is still souring, but should be done today and ready for the sparge and boil.
Plan on timing these so I can just pitch the third one on the yeast cake from the second one.

For the first time in a while my passion for brewing is hot, and it's thanks to the Berliner thread on this very forum. Some part of me is worried about all the low ph beer consumption though...I swear my teeth hurt after a night of about 5 Berliners.
