What are you all up to this week?

When I get back from GABF I will be transferring 5 gallons of a 10 gallon batch of lambic onto peaches and mangos (2.5 gal per 6lbs of each fruit). Will also bottle my second batch of 'The Raisinator' - a belgian blonde fermented with RR Beatification yeast (third generation, now), and aged on golden raisins for 12 months and sauvignon blanc french oak (soaked 2 months) for 6 months. Should be ready just in time for Darkness Day at the end of October!

No brews planned, for a change.

Bottling a galaxy IPA first time using that hop, and bottling a imperial chocolate stout. Racking Irish stout.

No brewing for me. Having investors over for a tasting and "get up to speed" meeting. Will be serving 5 test batches alongside some cheeses. Other than that... just consuming for me...

Gonna brew up the APA IPA this weekend, if all goes according to plan. I was supposed to package my 80/- this week, too, but it's still about 6 points higher than I want it to be. Hoping that time will take care of that problem for me.

Just introduced 190B little friends to my Christmas Saison. The mash tun tried to fight me over the sparge . . . but my icy stare prevailed (along with a little back-pressure). Everyone: only 93 days until we Deck-the-Halls so you want to be ready to Chug-a-Lug.

Brewing a sour blonde/ american lambic. Going to give WY3278 a shot. If all goes as planned, sometime next year I hope to rack this onto some peaches or apricots, then dry hop before bottling.

Also, dry hopping and kegging a red IPA.

Cant decide whether to rack the stout over to secondary for bulk aging, or just bottling it up and letting it condition in the bottle. Either way, I am getting it off the yeast.

Took off a half day of work yesterday and brewed an APA heavily dosed with a friends home grown hops. I will sample after fermentation and decide if dry hops are needed.

The ex-wife dropped off a pound of dried mixed hops from my old bines (she caught me off-guard with that one) so brewing up an APA with them. My lady friend wants them OUT of the freezer (granted they do take up a lot of space in the freezer). Think I'll call it Catty Pale Ale. The hops are smelling pretty good.

Galaxy might be my all time favorite hop for IPAs...you're gonna love it!

I'm brewing up a Berliner Weisse and will reuse a yeast/lacto cake after I bottle my current Berliner...gotta keep the pipe line going:wink: I'll also more than likely brew up either an El Dorado Brett Saison or a Wild Double Cascadian Dark Ale (fermented with WLP644) and dry hopping an Equinox Wild APA (WLP644 again). I'm also transferring an Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Stout into a secondary and aging on cacao nibs and vanilla bean/tincture and adding the first dry hop for a Heady clone, both of these I didn't get around to this past weekend so I'm catching up there.

FG & ABV? I'm a bulk aging fan for bigger beers...but if it's a more standard stout, I'd just send it straight to bottles.

Haven't taken FG yet, so will be going to secondary for sure. OG was 1.123 :grimacing:

Not brewing again this weekend, but will be bottling my HBC 438 Smash on probably Friday, and taking a taste of the watermelon gose after a week of sitting on the watermelon. That one should be ready to bottle next weekend or the weekend after hopefully, becasue I'm really excited to see how it turns out.

Have some 1318 on the stir plate for a milkshake IPA that's getting brewed tomorrow. This will be the first beer that I've used all distilled water and added salts to get the ratios that I want. Hoping this turns out well.

Bottling up an imperial pumpkin ale this weekend. Blending with some vanilla bean soaked rum and brown sugar in the bottling bucket. Still samples taste promising...

The extent of my brewing during this time frame will be spent whiffing the potent fermentation exhaust from my Falconers Flight / Topaz / Where da Funk beer. The first week, the exhaust was FF citrus and mango. This week, it's all Topaz and smelling like sweet lychee minus the floral.

Hopefully things will work out and I'll get to brew @JohnSnowNW 's House Pale Ale. I went and bought the grains, hops and yeast yesterday. I've already got one beer in a fermenter but I've bought a second one to hopefully make a lager with later on, so I'll get to have two beers fermenting at once. I took a little gamble on this one and saw some leaf hops so I'll try those. Hopefully they won't clog the Grainfather like pellets did last time.

Brewing 5 gallons of a sour blonde that's a little higher gravity and a little higher IBU than my typical sours for a homebrew club solera project. Also squeezing in a Berliner that I probably should have brewed before the weather turned.
