Who's Brewing 9/22-9/28

I'm not brewing, but I'll be moving a russian imperial stout over to secondary on some oak chips soaked in Maker's Mark and some vanilla beans and cocoa nibs also soaked in Maker's Mark

 

Did not get a chance to brew my Howling Red Moon IPA before going on vacation, so Sunday is brew day!

 

No brewing, but I'll likely be bottling an IPA inspired by the NE IPA thread, provided the gravity hasn't changed tomorrow morning.

 

Taking a shot at brewing my second batch tomorrow. Still not ready to take the step with my own recipes, so I'm brewing a extract kit ESB.

 

No brewing, but I got my Berliner Weisse aged on peaches finally bottled. Waiting for carb time now, hopefully the peach flavor comes through. 5lb frozen on 2 gallon BW.

 

Kegging an all-malt saison made with WLP 585. Just took the FG sample It went from 1.046 to 1.006. Fermented it at 71 F. It's tasty. Next time I try this yeast, maybe I'll bump up the temp 5 degrees or so to see how it changes.

 

I have to stop being a lazy shit and get my IPA kegged and dry hopped. Hopefully tonight.
