Might try to sneak one on tomorrow. I've got the 2x starter of Bavarian wheat yeast ready to go, time to brew another elderberry wheat beer. Need something summery for the summer!

About to mash in a low gravity pale/ sessionIPA/ whatever you call it.
    30 min boil, OG45 FG10 WY1968
One ounce Centennial at 20, 10, and 5 min for 44IBU total. An ounce + DH.
Could keg this one Tuesday if there is enough yeast left in this cake, it is close but there is definitely enough to get the job done.

And Memorial Day, but not too much going on except some phone calls.

Thursday I brewed a Citra/Amarillo IPA (w a bit of Simcoe for dry hopping too) that's gonna get split into five batches for secondary and be treated with different fruits (pineapple, tangerine, mango) and rosemary.

Tomorrow we're probably going to brew a 1.090 OG IIPA with half a pound each of Summer and Mosaic.

Chiller's in a Summer Citrus Wheat right now, waiting for it to hit pitching temp. I just pulled the first carb'd sample of a Black IPA and a Saison for a party I'm throwing next weekend and they taste AWESOME! Now I'm kind of sad I'm going to share it all, haha.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae at work, a view you don't always see. I added sugar after high krausen and got this photo. Yeast is 1056, two days into a Pliny the Elder fermentation.

I'm collecting first runnings for a porter at this very minute. The IPA I didn't brew last weekend will have to wait a few more weeks.

Brewed an all chinook blonde on Friday. 15 min boil with extract/steeping grains. Had an issue with the chiller in that it leaked some in to my wort, and then the line eventually come completely off while still running water. Oh well, I need to remember not to put the tubing directly on the pot, and not make sure everything is tight and secure.
