My buddy and I collaborated on a recipe for a 10 gallon batch of imperial pumpkin ale. Brewing on Sunday, and splitting the wort. Should be in it's prime come Halloween..

Brewing a Northeast IPA with Amarillo, Cascade, and Citra hops. Maris Otter with 3% Honey Malt and 15% flaked oats. To be fermented with Wyeast London Ale III. That will be my Labor Day. Cheers!

Brewed up an 80 shilling last night, but I still need to dial in my brewhouse settings and I wound up with less wort than I intended to - might be more like a 90 shilling by the time it's done!

No brewing but I may go pick some Kousa berries, I think they may be ready to pick this weekend. Not sure how I'm going to use them yet.

Hoping to brew something with a fresh Chico Ale yeast cake. I'm thinking a big, hoppy stout...

Just got finished bottling a La Folie clone and then reused the yeast/lacto cake by adding 5 gallons of Berliner Weisse I brewed while bottling, brewing a Heady Topper clone tomorrow while I watch them Tigers (Clemson) play some football, kegging a wheat/rye IPA single hopped with Citra tomorrow as well, and I might brew up either a Green Magic single hopped IPA, a Zythos single hopped IPA or a DCDA (Double Cascadian Dark Ale) with WLP644 and all Simcoe on Monday, if I have the time. Heading up into the Southern Appalachians to camp and climb/boulder on Sunday and then hit Oskar Blues on Monday for some of their new IPA and Ten Fidy straight off the teet:grinning:

It's not a fermentation temp issue. I have a temp controller, but only use it when it's absolutely required. It's a sweating my arse off while brewing issue and a corset removal issue. Next week will be much cooler. I can wait.

No brewing here. Will be checking in on my hoppy pale ale and I'm considering bottling some of my sours and funky beers to make room in the kegerator... Can't wait to build my keezer.

Red IPA, with mostly Mosaic, also some Simcoe and Cascade. I also just kegged an oatmeal stout. Oh, and experimenting with adding cherries to the last of a kegged berliner.

Embarking on a habanero IPA adventure (because it's not already hot enough) and kick starting a slow moving tripel with a starter and some sugar.

No brewing, taking my 6 year old on a 2 night backpacking trip to the smokies, hope it doesn't rain the whole time  One of these days, I'm going to find time to use the pound of Comet hops that have been in my freezer since Nov.

I'll be brewing an imperial stout with a buddy on Sunday. Not making it too big, OG should be around 1.08.

An oatmalt stout, very loosely based on the original Maclays oatmalt stout. No stinking liquorice or linseed though, far too innovative for me
