Who's brewing this Labor Day Weekend?

    I did use 10% flaked wheat and a lot of dry hops. I wore flip flops one time and got some scorching hot water on my feet. I was wearing vans slip ons and took them off during the boil because I hate shoes!

    Saison. Half all belgian pilsner, half with 25% rye. And then half of each of those gets dregs from Saison Brett.

    6 pounds of BIAB mash with rye inside on the stove, then 23 pounds main mash outside in the cooler. Hoping to get 12 gallons total, 3 of each variant.

    More volume AND more gravity means I boiled off more and the hops ansorbed less than anticipapated. No complaints here.
