    went by the LHBS for ingredients for my next three beers. also picked up some general equipment. I had to fill in the blanks with an order from midwest. I started the first dry hopping of my DIPA, in 12 days I'll rack it with 2 more ounces of hops. I also started a few DIY projects, a homemade stir plate that I'm waiting on an AC adapter for and a water filter than I'm waiting on the filter for. I did get an inline thermometer built for my CFC so I can monitor temperature in real time because my water is quite cold.

    I'll brew 10 gallons of porter to put on the yeast cake of my rye pale. Half will get dosed with vanilla/bourbon, half will get coffee.
